You will grow an extra set of arms that are often long thin but strong.

On a separate initiative your arms will reach out and attack a local attacker. Your shadow arms to to makes an attack with a weapon she reaches for in your equipment.
Trade off: Your shadow does work for you and takes care of chores but venomously acts against arcanophobic forces. Your social circles are manipulated into making you a powerful arch mage.
