This prestige item grants the construct or digital entity acesss new networks if information. Efectivly increasing their dexterity score and their mental agility when it comes to learning
You can only have three of these at a time and each time you get one one the recipient of this bonus gets a new color on their Celtics pallet
The maximum value you can get with this is a +3 that would grant you a +6 dexterity.
Aditionaly you gain these advantedges:
- Proficiency in one knowledge skill and a +2 bonus in that skill you learn a number of knowledge skills in proportion to you rank total. Thus a +3 bonus grants you three knowledge skills.
- You gain the ability to use one more tool kit and a + 2 in the use of that tool kit in other ways this functions as the above bonus.
