You can use a bonus action to speak this magic sword’s command word, causing green flames to erupt from the whip. These flames shed bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the whip is ablaze, it deals an extra 1d6 radiant damage to any target that has comited a major fellony in the past month. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop the whip.

Perform dance DC 14 cause enemies with a CR = or < your proficiency bonus to run and hide
Impose disadvantedg on a saving through for the the foe you just burnt up with the whip DC 16
Use may two whips as a two weapon fighter where both whips are considerd to be light one handed weapons. Just make a slight of hand check DC 17 then for the next 10 minutes you can use your .whips this way.
