These are items any spell caster can create if they have a magic belt that has pouches on them.
These are mainly for spells that are defensive in nature, such as bless or haste. To create one of these mages vials a command word simply needs to be spoken and a spell slot of equal to the spell you want materialized will be created for you as a mage vial of remains in said form for 24 hours.
Drinking or tagging somebody with that mage vials is considered to be the same action as casting a spell except and that spell is considered to have these following traits
- When thrown the spell has a minimum range of 60 feet
- Using a mage vial is always done as if the spell was affected by these meta magic feats. //Still spell, silent spell, eschewed spell. //
- The spell can only target one creature
- Anybody who touches the spell mage vial can wield it.
Additionally, a blank mage vial can be created. These grant 1d4 health and 1d4 temporary hp per spell level used to make them.
